| I'm Claire: a straight talking Geordie clinging on to my youth, accent, and free time by my fingertips (and all of it is fading fast!). I've lived in the West Midlands for over 10 years, and I've fallen head over heels for every single part of it! Doubleyou Weddings & Events was born out of a passion for Weddings, organisation and unlimited creative boundaries. I got married in May 2011 to Mr Doubleyou, potentially the best *actual* person in the world. I spent months (and months…and months…) obsessing, reading, researching, shopping, spread-sheeting, coding, stitching, cutting, sticking, colour matching, e mailing, chasing and generally LOVING it! When the day came around it was categorically the best day of our lives. When it was over, I felt there was a pretty, wedding shaped hole in my life. That was when a decision was made to help other time-poor-but-fabulous couples out there to have the best day of their lives too, stress free. Go on, you’ll make me happy.
